Funding DXpeditions
The GMDX Committee will consider the following when sponsorship is requested:
-
The DXpedition has a good chance of working a significant number of Northern
European stations
-
The country being activated must be well up the the European wanted lists
-
The QSO target should be in excess of 20,000
-
Applications for funds must be made prior to the DXpedition
-
If any 11m operation is planned, no funding will be given
Conditions
The DXpedition agrees to:
-
Print our logo on the QSL card
-
Show our logo on their web site
-
Process cards through the IARU bureaux system
-
Where possible send us a short story of the DXpedition for publication in our
quarterly magazine
-
Acknowledge our support in presentations and articles
