The GMDX Committee will consider the following when sponsorship is requested:

1. The DXpedition has a good chance of working a significant number of Northern European stations
2. The country being activated must be well up the the European wanted lists
3. The QSO target should be in excess of 20,000
4. Applications for funds must be made prior to the DXpedition
5. If any 11m operation is planned, no funding will be given

The DXpedition agrees to:

1. Print our logo on the QSL card
2. Show our logo on their web site
3. Promote the DX Code of Conduct and provide a prominent link to this on their web-site
4. Process cards through the IARU bureaux system
5. Guarantee to send us a short story of the expedition in English for publication in our quarterly magazine
6. Upload the full log to LOTW no later than 6 months after the end of the expedition
7. Acknowledge our support in presentations and articles

Payment: Where Dxpeditions are undertaken by those GMDX recognises as having significant previous experience, agreed donations will be paid in advance of the event. For all others, donations will be paid after the event, subject to successful completion.
